Alcan Cable Announces Bare and Service Cable Price Increase Effective July 19, 2010

Dear Valued Customer:
This letter is to inform you that Alcan Cable will increase prices on the following
aluminum wire and cable products effective Monday, July 19, 2010:
¨ All Bare ACSR, AAC, AAAC and ACSS will increase approximately 7%
¨ All covered 600v URD and Overhead Service Drop will increase approximately 7%
All quotes and bids will be priced at the new levels beginning Monday,
July 19, 2010.
